Which countries do you cover?
Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Türkiye. Each one has our own engineers and its own parts stock, so a breakdown is handled by people who can be on your site rather than by an agent forwarding an email.
Do you install and commission the machine?
Yes. Delivery, positioning, pipework connection, electrical commissioning and operator handover are done by our own team, and the machine is handed over running and measured, not dropped at the gate.
Can you size the compressor for me?
Send your air demand, working pressure and running hours and our engineers will size it and send a written recommendation. There is no charge and no obligation. If the honest answer is a smaller machine than you asked for, that is what you will get.
Are the performance figures on this site real?
Every flow and power figure we publish is measured to ISO 1217, which is the standard that says where the measurement is taken and at what conditions. Figures quoted any other way cannot be compared with each other.
Do you hold spare parts locally?
Filters, separators, oil, valves and service kits are held in each market rather than shipped in per order. That is the difference between a service visit next week and a service visit next month.
What happens if a machine stops at night or on a holiday?
Breakdown cover runs every day of the year. Call or send a WhatsApp message with the machine and the fault and an engineer will respond; most faults are diagnosed before anyone travels.
Do you sell used machines?
Yes, and they are rebuilt in our own workshop rather than cleaned and resold. Every used machine is stripped, re-tested against its original performance figures and carries a written warranty on parts and labour.
How do I get a price?
Ask on WhatsApp, call the office, or send the enquiry form on any product page — it arrives already naming the range you were reading. Tell us the duty rather than a model number and you will get a better answer.
