We run our own workshops and our own engineers in Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Türkiye. Parts are held in each country. Nothing about your service depends on a container arriving from Europe.

How to choose a plan
Start with what an hour of downtime costs you. That single number decides the tier more reliably than anything else does.
Essential suits a workshop with maintenance staff and a spare machine. Advanced suits a plant with no in house engineer that wants a predictable budget. Premium includes breakdowns and suits continuous production.
If Essential is enough for you we will say so. Selling upward is a short business in a trade where everybody knows everybody.

常见问题
Do you service compressors you did not supply?
Yes, any make. Most of the machines on our service contracts were bought from somebody else.
How quickly do you respond to a breakdown?
Contract customers are attended first with an agreed response time. We hold parts in every country office, which is what turns most breakdowns into a same-day fix rather than a lead time.
What is included in a service plan?
Three levels: consumables only, full preventive maintenance, or total responsibility including breakdowns and parts. The task list for every interval is published so you can compare it against any other quotation.
Why should I use genuine filters and separators?
A cheaper separator passing 5 mg/m³ instead of 1 contaminates the downstream filters and raises pressure drop: costing more in energy within a year than the whole saving on the part.
How do I know if my airend is worn?
Falling delivered air at the same power, rising discharge temperature or increased vibration. We can measure all three in a two-hour site visit before you spend anything.
How long does an airend exchange take?
Usually next day. We hold rebuilt exchange airends for common models, fit one and take yours away for rebuild, rather than your machine standing for six weeks.
Can I get a fixed annual cost?
Yes. A service contract fixes the price, schedules visits around your shutdowns and puts the responsibility for remembering on us rather than on your maintenance planner.
Do you handle statutory pressure vessel inspection?
Yes, receivers, safety valves and pressure accessories, to the regulations that apply in your country. We keep the certificates so a lost one is not your problem.
Can we hire a machine while ours is repaired?
Yes, the rental fleet covers 185–1,600 cfm portable and 22–250 kW electric, delivered, installed and commissioned, usually within 24 hours.
What does a service visit actually measure?
Flow, power, discharge temperature and dew point, all recorded and trended. A visit that only changes filters tells you nothing about whether the machine is still performing.
