概述
A compressor on its own puts warm, wet, dirty air into your pipework. The dryer, the filters and the receiver are not accessories, they are the rest of the installation — and on a small site they usually end up as four separate items on the floor joined by whatever hose was available.
This range puts all four inside one cabinet, piped and wired at the factory. One item arrives, one electrical connection is made, one air outlet is piped, and the air coming out of it is already dried and filtered.

Why the parts belong together
The commonest fault we are called to on a small installation is not the compressor. It is water in the ring main, and it is almost always because the dryer was chosen later, sized on the compressor's nameplate rather than on its actual outlet temperature, or left out entirely because the budget ran short.
Sizing a dryer correctly means knowing the inlet temperature and the actual flow, and both of those are known exactly when the dryer sits inside the same cabinet as the compressor. Nothing is estimated.
The receiver matters for a different reason. A small compressor with no receiver starts and stops constantly, and starting is what kills contactors and motors. A properly sized receiver turns dozens of starts an hour into a handful.

常见问题
Can I add a bigger receiver later?
Yes. The internal receiver limits starts; an external one adds storage for peaks. They do different jobs and adding one does not make the other redundant.
What class of air does it deliver?
With the refrigerant dryer and the standard filter set, a pressure dew point around 3 °C and ISO 8573-1 Class 1 for particulate. Higher classes are available with additional filtration.
Is it harder to service than separate items?
No, easier. Everything is reachable from the front and it is one visit rather than three separate ones on three different intervals.
How much floor space does it need?
Under a square metre on the small frames, which is the footprint the compressor alone used to take.
Why does the dryer sizing matter so much?
Because the commonest fault on a small installation is water in the ring main, and it is almost always a dryer sized on a nameplate rather than on the compressor's real outlet temperature.
Does it come with the drain fitted?
Yes, fitted and piped from the factory. A drain that was never connected is the second commonest cause of water downstream.
What supply does it need?
One electrical connection. We state the full load current and the recommended breaker size with the quotation.
Can I get it without the dryer?
You can, but on a small site we would ask why. The dryer is the part that stops water reaching your tools, and adding it later costs more than including it now.
Is it quiet enough for a workshop?
Yes, the cabinet encloses everything and the small frames run around 62 to 66 dB(A).
What is the service interval?
Air filter, oil filter, separator and oil on the compressor schedule, plus the dryer's condenser cleaned and the filter elements changed at the same visit.
