Where there is no plant room, the plant room ships with the compressor. A containerised station holds the compressor, the dryer, the filtration, the receiver, the switchgear and the ventilation inside a standard 20 or 40 foot container, wired and piped and tested before it leaves the factory.
On site it is craned into place, connected to power and to the ring main, and started. There is no building to construct, no foundation to pour and no acoustic work to commission — and when the project moves, so does the container.

What goes in the container
The compressor and its air treatment, sized as one system. A receiver. The electrical panel and the incoming switchgear. Lighting, fire detection, forced ventilation sized for the heat the compressor actually rejects, and inlet filtration sized for the dust the site actually has.
Ventilation is the part that gets underestimated. A 132 kW compressor puts something close to 132 kW of heat into that box, and in a Gulf summer the difference between correctly sized ventilation and optimistic ventilation is the difference between a station that runs and one that trips every afternoon.
Where the duty demands it we build the station around two compressors with sequencing control, so a failure or a service does not stop the site.

常见问题
How long does installation take?
A day, usually. Crane it into position, connect power and the air line, commission and run. The work that would have been a building has already been done at the factory.
Can it hold two compressors?
Yes, and on any duty that cannot stop we recommend it. Two machines with sequencing control means a service or a failure does not stop the site.
What ambient temperature can it take?
We rate the ventilation for the site rather than for a standard. Tell us where it is going and what the summer peak is, and the ventilation is sized to that.
What size container is used?
20 or 40 foot, depending on the machine and what else has to go inside. The general arrangement is approved before fabrication starts.
Does it include the electrical panel?
Yes, the panel and the incoming switchgear, plus lighting and fire detection. What you connect on site is the incoming supply and the air line.
How is the dust handled?
Inlet filtration sized for the site's actual dust, not a standard figure. On a quarry or a cement plant that is the difference between an annual filter and a weekly one.
Can it be relocated?
That is much of the point. When the project moves or the site closes, the station is craned onto a truck and goes with it.
Is it noisy outside?
The container is lined and the ventilation is attenuated. Where it stands near occupied buildings we specify the low noise build and state the figure.
Does it need a foundation?
A level prepared base, not a foundation. It is a container; it is designed to sit on ground that a truck can reach.
What is serviced and how often?
The compressor and its treatment on the normal schedule, plus the ventilation filters and the fire detection check. It is one visit covering the whole station.
