概述
This is the smallest screw range we build, and it exists for one reason: a piston compressor that runs all day will not last. Below about 5.5 kW most workshops still buy a piston machine, then replace it every two or three years because it was never designed for continuous duty.
A GAC-S unit in this class runs at a 100% duty cycle. It sits on a 200 or 270 litre receiver, plugs into a standard three-phase supply and typically measures under 66 dB(A), quiet enough to stand next to and hold a conversation.

控制器做的事
面板是刻意做得简单的。管网压力、运行小时、距下次保养还剩多少小时，以及最近几次故障——车间真正会看的就是这些。
它按压力启停机器，断电后自行恢复运行，并且可以在没有大用气的时段保持第二个较低的压力设定。那第二个设定，是任何压缩空气系统上最便宜的一笔节省。
保养倒计时归零时，屏幕会直接显示，而不是把它藏在某级菜单里。没有人需要记日期，机器会告诉站在它面前的人。

常见问题
Why buy a screw compressor this small instead of a piston?
Because a piston machine at this size will not survive continuous use. If the compressor runs more than a couple of hours a day, a 2.2 kW screw outlasts three piston machines.
Can it run on single phase?
The 2.2 kW model can, on request. Above that, three phase is required, a single-phase motor at 4 kW draws a starting current most small workshops cannot supply.
How much air does a workshop actually need?
One air gun and an impact wrench used intermittently is under 0.3 m³/min. A tyre bay running two lines wants 0.5–0.75 m³/min, which is the 5.5 kW machine.
How noisy is it?
Under 66 dB(A), which is quiet enough to stand next to and hold a conversation. It does not need its own room.
What receiver size comes with it?
200 or 270 litres, tank-mounted so the whole package sits on about 0.9 m² of floor. The integrated dryer option adds nothing to the footprint.
Do I need the integrated dryer?
In Karachi, Dubai or Muscat, yes. The dryer costs less than the air tools it protects, and rust from wet air destroys them from the inside.
How long does a service take?
Under an hour. Filters, separator and oil are all reachable from one side, so the machine does not need pulling out of its corner.
What is the duty cycle?
100%. It is rated to run continuously with no cool-down periods and no thermal cut-outs part way through a shift.
What pressure should I order?
8 bar covers almost every workshop tool. Order 10 bar only if you have a specific machine that needs it. The extra pressure costs about 15% more energy for everything else.
Is it worth servicing a machine this small?
Yes, an oil and filter change is a small fraction of the replacement cost, and a neglected small screw fails the same way a large one does.
