概述
Oxygen is not just another gas. Materials that are perfectly safe in air can ignite in a high-pressure oxygen stream, so an oxygen booster has to be built and cleaned to a completely different standard.
Green Air oxygen boosters use oxygen-compatible materials throughout, are degreased and cleaned for oxygen service, and are tested and certified before dispatch. They are used to fill medical cylinders and to feed industrial oxygen processes from an on-site generator.

机器是怎么造的
氧气工况和空气是完全不同的工程问题。凡是与该气体接触的一切，都必须与它相容、按氧气标准清洗、不含任何碳氢化合物——因为在氧气中，一丝油不是污染物，而是一场火。

控制器做的事
在氧气机上，安全联锁排在第一位。进气压力、排气压力和温度都有限值，机器到限就停，而不是硬撑过去。
排气温度是要盯的那个读数，而且它是记录趋势的，不只是报警。氧气工况中热就是危险源，上升的趋势要在触及限值之前就处理掉。
每一次停机、每一次报警都记录在案。在受监管的气体作业中，这份记录是系统的一部分，不是一项便利功能。

配件与保养套件
凡是接触气体的零件，供货时都已按氧气工况清洗并密封包装。按空气工况清洗的零件不是同一个零件，不管上面的编号写的是什么。
阀片、活塞环和密封件严格按运行小时更换。在氧气作业上，没有任何理由去延长周期"看看再说"。
任何打开气路的作业之后，我们都会重新出具洁净度认证，因为您的审核员要的是现行的那一份文件。

Why can't I use a normal booster for oxygen?
Because materials that are perfectly safe in air can ignite in a high-pressure oxygen stream. An oxygen booster is built and cleaned to a completely different standard.
What does oxygen-clean mean?
Every wetted component is oxygen-compatible, fully degreased and cleaned to recognised oxygen service standards, with the cleaning certified in writing.
What pressures do these reach?
4 bar inlet to 150 bar on the 7.5 kW machine and 200 bar on the 15 kW, which covers medical and industrial cylinder filling.
Can it fill hospital cylinders?
Yes: that is one of the main applications, usually fed from an on-site PSA or VPSA oxygen generator.
What safety systems are fitted?
Over-temperature, over-pressure and leak detection interlocks as standard. On oxygen service these are not options.
What documentation comes with it?
Material certificates, cleaning certificates and test records, supplied with the machine because they will be asked for at commissioning and at audit.
Who can service it?
Only engineers trained in oxygen service, using oxygen-clean tools and lubricants. Using ordinary workshop grease on an oxygen machine is genuinely dangerous.
How is it different mechanically?
Non-lubricated construction throughout the gas path, specific alloy selection, and controlled gas velocities to avoid ignition from particle impact.
Can it be used for other gases?
It can, but the reverse is not true: a machine used on oxygen must not then be used on hydrocarbon-bearing gas without full re-cleaning.
What maintenance does it need?
Scheduled valve and seal service using only oxygen-approved parts and lubricants, with re-certification of cleanliness after any intervention in the gas path.
