Why the cheap part is expensive
The economics of non-genuine parts are worse than they look. A cheaper separator element that lets 5 mg/m³ of oil through instead of 1 mg/m³ contaminates the downstream filters, raises the pressure drop and costs more in energy within a year than the whole saving on the part.

Send the serial number, or a photograph of the nameplate, and we will identify everything the machine takes. That service is free whether you buy from us or not.
Air cooled and water cooled builds of the same model take different parts, and a model number on its own does not say which one is standing in your plant room.
We supply for other manufacturers' machines as well as our own, which on a plant that has grown over twenty years is usually what is actually needed.

Genuine or not
The economics of non genuine parts are worse than they look. A cheaper separator element that lets five milligrams a cubic metre of oil through instead of one contaminates the downstream filters and raises the pressure drop.
That difference costs more in energy within a year than the whole saving on the part, and nothing on the machine tells you it is happening.
Where an equivalent is genuinely sound we will say so. It is not true of everything, and knowing which is which is most of the value here.

Frequently asked questions
Do you supply parts for other makes?
Yes. We hold or source parts for the major screw and piston brands across Pakistan and the Gulf, not only the machines we sell.
Genuine or equivalent?
Both, and we tell you which is which along with the price difference. Some parts we would only ever fit genuine, separators and airend components among them.
What do you keep in stock?
Filters, separators, oils, service kits, valves and belts for the common models. Those cover the great majority of unplanned calls.
How fast can you deliver?
Same or next day within Dubai, Karachi and Lahore for stocked lines. Elsewhere in the region, two to four days depending on customs.
What do you need from me to quote?
The machine serial number. Model alone is not enough because manufacturers change specifications mid-series without renaming the machine.
Is there a discount for a kit?
Yes, service kits are cheaper than the same parts bought individually, and they remove the risk of a technician arriving without one item.
Can I hold stock on site?
For critical machines, yes. We agree a consignment list, you pay only for what you use, and we replenish at each service visit.
What about obsolete machines?
We will usually find something. Where a part is genuinely unavailable we say so early rather than leave you waiting on a promise.
Do the parts carry a warranty?
Twelve months on parts, and on the labour too if we fitted them. That warranty is written into the invoice, not implied.
Will fitting non-genuine parts void my warranty?
During the manufacturer's warranty period it can. We flag that before you buy rather than after you have a claim rejected.
