Service and parts
Parts, planned maintenance, airend exchange, rental and 24/7 breakdown cover.

Overview
A compressor is bought once and serviced for fifteen years. Which is why the honest question when you are comparing suppliers is not what the machine costs, but who turns up when it stops at eleven o'clock on a Thursday night.
We run our own workshops and our own engineers in Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Türkiye. Parts are held in each country. Nothing about your service depends on a container arriving from Europe.
In this range
- Air compressor repairA machine that has stopped, and the fastest honest route to getting it running.
- Air compressor maintenancePlanned work that keeps the machine off the breakdown list and the energy bill flat.
- Air compressor partsGenuine filters, separators, oil, valves and kits from local stock.
- Air compressor filtersIntake, oil, separator and line filters correctly specified.
- Airend replacement and exchangeRebuilt airends from stock, fitted in a day.
- Dryer maintenanceKeep the dew point where you specified it, not where it has drifted to.
- Portable compressor serviceMobile engineers who service the machine where it is working.
- Pressure equipment inspectionStatutory receiver and safety valve inspection, documented.
- Service schedules and plansWhat we do at every interval, published in advance.
- Compressed air rentalShort and long-term hire, delivered and commissioned.
- WarrantyStandard cover, extended options and what actually voids it.
- Tips for increasing efficiencyPractical things that cut compressed air cost, most of them free.
Key benefits
Preventable, and usually predicted
Almost every failure we attend gave weeks of warning. A plan catches the warning.
Any make, identified free
Send a photograph of the nameplate and we will tell you what it needs, whether you buy from us or not.
Fixed price for the term
Consumable price rises inside the term are ours, not yours.
Local engineers, local stock
In all five countries we trade in, not in a regional office somewhere else.
What we do
Maintenance, repair, parts, rental and inspection, on our machines and on everybody else's. Send a photograph of a nameplate and we will identify what it needs.
A compressor is bought once and serviced for fifteen years, which is why the honest question when comparing suppliers is not what the machine costs but who is going to look after it.
Almost every failure we are called to was preventable and most of them were predictable. Bearings do not fail without warning and separators do not block overnight.
- Maintenance to a schedule set by your site
- Repair with parts carried on the van
- Parts for other makes identified free
- Rental while a machine is down
- Pressure vessel inspection and certification
- Airend exchange rather than long rebuilds
- Local engineers in every country we trade in
- Fixed price plans
How to choose a plan
Start with what an hour of downtime costs you. That single number decides the tier more reliably than anything else does.
Essential suits a workshop with maintenance staff and a spare machine. Advanced suits a plant with no in house engineer that wants a predictable budget. Premium includes breakdowns and suits continuous production.
If Essential is enough for you we will say so. Selling upward is a short business in a trade where everybody knows everybody.
- Cost of an hour of downtime decides it
- Essential where you have staff and a spare
- Advanced for predictable budgeting
- Premium where production cannot stop
- Advanced or Premium for regulated work
- Price fixed for the term
- Reviewed annually against the record
- Multi machine and multi site pricing
Frequently asked questions
Do you service compressors you did not supply?
Yes, any make. Most of the machines on our service contracts were bought from somebody else.
How quickly do you respond to a breakdown?
Contract customers are attended first with an agreed response time. We hold parts in every country office, which is what turns most breakdowns into a same-day fix rather than a lead time.
What is included in a service plan?
Three levels: consumables only, full preventive maintenance, or total responsibility including breakdowns and parts. The task list for every interval is published so you can compare it against any other quotation.
Why should I use genuine filters and separators?
A cheaper separator passing 5 mg/m³ instead of 1 contaminates the downstream filters and raises pressure drop: costing more in energy within a year than the whole saving on the part.
How do I know if my airend is worn?
Falling delivered air at the same power, rising discharge temperature or increased vibration. We can measure all three in a two-hour site visit before you spend anything.
How long does an airend exchange take?
Usually next day. We hold rebuilt exchange airends for common models, fit one and take yours away for rebuild, rather than your machine standing for six weeks.
Can I get a fixed annual cost?
Yes. A service contract fixes the price, schedules visits around your shutdowns and puts the responsibility for remembering on us rather than on your maintenance planner.
Do you handle statutory pressure vessel inspection?
Yes, receivers, safety valves and pressure accessories, to the regulations that apply in your country. We keep the certificates so a lost one is not your problem.
Can we hire a machine while ours is repaired?
Yes, the rental fleet covers 185–1,600 cfm portable and 22–250 kW electric, delivered, installed and commissioned, usually within 24 hours.
What does a service visit actually measure?
Flow, power, discharge temperature and dew point, all recorded and trended. A visit that only changes filters tells you nothing about whether the machine is still performing.
