Privacy policy

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number, city and message you provide. We collect nothing else about you from the form.

We also record standard server information (the pages requested, the approximate region of the request and the browser used), which we use to understand which parts of the site are useful.

Your enquiry is passed to the Green Air office that covers your country so that an engineer can respond. We use your contact details to answer your enquiry and, where you have asked for it, to send you technical information you requested.

We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as we have an active commercial relationship with you, and for a further three years afterwards so that we can support equipment you may have purchased. After that they are deleted.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to the office listed on the contact page for your country and we will respond within thirty days.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, every message contains a one-click unsubscribe link.

This site stores your chosen region and language in your browser so that you are not asked again on every visit. Nothing in that record identifies you personally, and you can clear it through your browser at any time.

Pakistan does not yet have a comprehensive data protection statute in force. The Personal Data Protection Bill has been through several drafts and has not been enacted, so no statutory regulator currently supervises how companies handle personal data here.

We do not treat that as permission to do less. We apply the same handling to enquiries from Pakistan as we do in the Gulf: your details are used to answer you, they are not sold or passed on for marketing, and you can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold by writing to our Lahore office.

Where your information is processed electronically, the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 applies to its misuse, and unauthorised access to it is a criminal offence.
