Portable compressor service kits

Everything for a scheduled service in one boxed part number.

Portable compressor service kits

Overview

The most common reason a scheduled service gets postponed is that one part is missing. Boxing the entire service into a single part number removes that failure mode completely.

Kits are available for the 250, 500 and 1,000 hour services on every portable machine we supply, and are held in stock in each country.

Key benefits

One part number

Air, oil and fuel filters, separator, oil, belts and seals in one box.

By interval

Separate kits for 250, 500 and 1,000 hour services. No guesswork.

Cheaper than the parts separately

Kit pricing is below the sum of the individual items.

Held in country

Available same-day from local stock in all five markets.

What is in a kit

Every wear part for that interval, in one box, for that machine. Filters, oil, seals and the small items that otherwise turn up missing at four in the afternoon.

Kits are built per interval rather than per part, which is the whole point. An engineer takes one box to site and the service is complete.

The contents are printed on the box, so what was fitted can be checked rather than remembered.

  • Every wear part for the interval
  • One box per service, nothing missed
  • Contents printed on the box
  • Built per machine, not per model family
  • Genuine parts throughout
  • Oil supplied to the tested specification
  • Confirmed against your serial number
  • Held in local stock

Why a kit rather than parts

Because the part that stops a service is never the expensive one. It is an O ring, and the machine sits open overnight waiting for it.

A kit also fixes the pricing. You know what a service costs before it happens rather than after somebody has added up a list.

And it fixes the specification. Nobody substitutes a filter that looked close enough, because the box had the right one in it.

  • No service stopped by a missing O ring
  • Cost known before the work starts
  • No substituted parts
  • One order line instead of twelve
  • Discount against buying the parts separately
  • Delivered with the service visit
  • Call off arrangements for fleets
  • Priced on an annual agreement

Getting the right one

Send the serial number, or a photograph of the nameplate. Air cooled and water cooled builds of the same model take different kits and the model number alone does not say which you have.

We identify kits for other manufacturers' machines as well as our own, and that service is free whether you buy from us or not.

Where usage is regular we set up a call off so kits arrive with the service visit rather than being ordered after it.

  • Serial number or a photograph is enough
  • Air and water cooled builds take different kits
  • Identification service for other makes
  • Free identification whether you buy or not
  • Call off arrangements for regular usage
  • Delivered with the service visit
  • Held in every country we trade in
  • Annual agreement available

Frequently asked questions

What is in a service kit?

Everything one scheduled visit needs for that model (filters, separator, oil, seals and gaskets), packed together and matched to the machine serial number.

Why buy a kit rather than parts?

It is cheaper than the same items individually, and it removes the commonest cause of a wasted visit: one small part missing.

Are there different kits for different intervals?

Yes, typically 2,000, 4,000 and 8,000 hour kits. The bigger intervals include the separator and the items that do not change every service.

How do I order the right one?

Give us the serial number. We match the kit to the actual build, not to the model name, because specifications change mid-series.

Can I fit one myself?

For a routine filter and oil change on many machines, yes, and we include the instructions. Separator and safety valve work should be done by a technician.

Does self-fitting affect my warranty?

Not with genuine kits fitted to schedule and recorded. Keep the invoice and the hours reading. That is what a warranty claim needs.

Do you stock kits locally?

The common models, yes, in Dubai, Karachi and Lahore. Less common models are usually two to four days.

Is there a discount for buying a year at once?

Yes, and it also protects you against price movement and shipping delays through the year.

What about oil: is it in the kit?

In our kits, yes, in the exact quantity the machine takes. That avoids the common problem of a part-used drum sitting open for months.

Can you remind me when one is due?

Yes. We track running hours for contract customers and contact you before the interval, not after it has passed.

Not sure which model you need?

Send us your air demand, working pressure and running hours. Our engineers will size the machine and send a written recommendation, no cost, no obligation.
