Privacy policy

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number, city and message you provide. We collect nothing else about you from the form.

We also record standard server information (the pages requested, the approximate region of the request and the browser used), which we use to understand which parts of the site are useful.

Your enquiry is passed to the Green Air office that covers your country so that an engineer can respond. We use your contact details to answer your enquiry and, where you have asked for it, to send you technical information you requested.

We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as we have an active commercial relationship with you, and for a further three years afterwards so that we can support equipment you may have purchased. After that they are deleted.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to the office listed on the contact page for your country and we will respond within thirty days.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, every message contains a one-click unsubscribe link.

This site stores your chosen region and language in your browser so that you are not asked again on every visit. Nothing in that record identifies you personally, and you can clear it through your browser at any time.

Personal data collected through this site is handled under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), supervised by the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).

Article 11 of that law gives you the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about the processing, to learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, to know any third parties it has been transferred to at home or abroad, to have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, and to object to a result produced solely by automated analysis.

To use any of those rights, write to our İstanbul office or to greenairuae@gmail.com. We will respond within thirty days, as the law requires. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority.
